The ArenaContact (NeuraPalette LLC) website and app use only the strictly necessary cookies the service needs to work. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or profiling, and we do not share data with third-party ad networks.

Cookies we use

Necessary / session: for security and session continuity. Payment (Stripe): at the payment step, Stripe sets its own required cookies to prevent fraud and complete the payment. Without these cookies, the payment cannot be completed securely.

Technical measurement

There are no advertising, analytics or visitor-measurement cookies on arenacontact.com, and we run no third-party tool that tracks your visit. In the mobile app, anonymous error/crash data (Sentry) is collected for service stability; this is not advertising tracking that identifies you.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; however, blocking the necessary ones may break core functions such as payments and sessions.
