Key characteristics of the service

ArenaContact is subscription software for martial arts and fitness gyms, delivered through its iOS and Android app. There is no physical delivery; the service is provided digitally, through your account. Scope: member management, dues tracking with automatic reminders, membership plans and discounts, class schedules, reservations, attendance, private-lesson booking, membership freezes, announcements, an attendance leaderboard, and business reports. Setting up your gym and delivering the invite codes is free on every plan.

There is a single plan: Ultimate. It has no member limit, and coach and member sign-in, member notifications, private-lesson booking, announcements and the leaderboard are all included. The plan is sold with a 3-, 6- or 12-month commitment; the list below states the amount for each of the three terms separately.

Total price

• Ultimate · 3-Month — 3 months (prepaid), a total of ₺6,450 charged at the start of the period (monthly equivalent ₺2,150).
• Ultimate · 6-Month — 6 months (prepaid), a total of ₺11,100 charged at the start of the period (monthly equivalent ₺1,850).
• Ultimate · Annual — 12 months (prepaid), a total of ₺19,800 charged at the start of the period (monthly equivalent ₺1,650).

The amounts shown as “/mo” on the site are the monthly equivalent of the prepaid period; the charge is collected in a single payment at the start of the period. The final total you will pay, including any applicable taxes, is shown clearly on the Stripe payment page before you confirm the order. No setup, delivery, or other extra fee is charged under any name. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period on the same plan; on renewal, the current list price published on that date applies.

Referral discount. The referral program is two-sided. If you subscribe using a valid referral code, a 10% discount is applied to your first invoice, issued after your trial ends; you don’t need to do anything else for it. If you also use a discount code, this discount is applied to the first invoice on which the discount code is not applied. The subscriber who referred you is also granted a separate 10% coupon the moment you subscribe, and that coupon is applied to their next billing period. For coupons you earn from your own referrals there is one condition: the gym you referred must have a subscription in force when the invoice the coupon would apply to is issued. If it is not, the coupon is neither cancelled nor lost; it is applied to a later billing period once the condition is met. Coupons are applied to your following billing periods at most one per invoice and have no expiry date.

Discount and campaign codes. If you were given a campaign code, you can enter it in the discount code field on the order form. Depending on the type of the code, it either extends your trial — the length written on the code applies instead of 14 days — or applies a percentage discount to your invoice. The amount you will pay, and your extended trial length if any, are shown on the Stripe payment page before you confirm the order. Each code may carry a redemption limit and an expiry date; a code that has expired or reached its limit is not accepted at the order step.

Payment and performance

Payment is collected in a single charge by credit/debit card through Stripe; your card details never reach the seller. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial — or the length written on your campaign code, if you used one: the trial starts with your card details, nothing is charged during the trial, and the first payment is only collected at the end of the trial. Access to the service opens right after order confirmation, with the invite code sent to your email.

Plan changes and late payment

You can change your commitment term later from your dashboard: an upgrade takes effect immediately and the difference for the rest of the period is charged at that moment; a downgrade costs nothing and takes effect at the end of the current period. If a renewal payment fails, your access is not cut off immediately — you are given time to update your card, and if that window passes without payment the gym is suspended and your data stays viewable rather than being deleted.

Right of withdrawal

Under the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in the electronic environment and services in the nature of intangible goods. Since access to the ArenaContact subscription opens immediately after order confirmation, this exception applies; by ticking the consent checkbox, you accept this notice of the immediate performance of the service and of the absence of a right of withdrawal.

That said: if you cancel during the trial period nothing is charged, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and on prepaid plans the pro-rated refund terms in the Refund Policy are applied in your favor.

Complaints and where to apply

You can send your requests and complaints to support@arenacontact.com; your application is resolved within a reasonable time. If no resolution is reached and you qualify as a consumer, you may apply — within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade — to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) at your place of residence.
